All About Placements
Yes . You can get placement assurance . You need to have
100 % attendance ,have to attend all the given interviews
and follow the placement co ordinator instructions.
Your placement is permanent. You will be in MNC pay roll , you are a permanent IT professional.
Salary is ranging from 3 lakhs to 5.5 lakhs per annum for
trained fresher.
Your graduation certificate , mark sheets (10th , +2 and
graduation) and arcus course completion certificate . All in
original.
No limitations. You can attend interviews till you get a job.
Most of the students cleared in first interview. Maximum 3
interviews to get a job for a interested student.
The interview location is at the MNC campus. If the
requirement is more , they will come to arcus centre.
We have openings through out India. Bangalore , Hyderabad and Chennai are the cities offers frequent
interviews and placements.
Fresher is just college pass out student. Trained fresher is a
student who got trained in any software technology with
reputed institute accepted by major MNCs
Questions are selected from graduation syllabus also for
fresher. Questions are only from the particular software
technology for trained fresher . Trained fresher can focus ,
concentrate and clear the interview easily.
Companies need not train again after recruitment.

fresher openings in news papers or job portals. These

Normally 60 % is mandatory. Few companies are asking 65
% or 70 %
Current year , current year – 1 and current year – 2 are
eligible to attend interview as trained fresher. For example ,
2019 , 2018 and 2017 are eligible during 2019 .
